Storyline: “Police”  as per dictionary is  a constituted body of persons empowered by the state to enforce the law, protect property, and limit civil disorder. Their powers include the legitimized use of force and are responsible for maintaining law & order at large.  But infact a constituted body that was suppose to be at society’s disposal  is looked up by same society otherwise.
